MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM \ REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
  
• 4 year degree in hospitality management
  
  
• Prefer prior line level or supervisory experience in a hotel or resort. Preferably in a variety of operational areas.
  
  
• Must have excellent organizational skills
  
  
• Must have familiarity with basic Microsoft Office programs
  
  
• Must have upbeat positive can do attitude and posses the ability to lead and motivate people.
  
  
• Ability to work long hours and varied shifts often in a fast paced environment.
