MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM \ TIMELINE

Within first three weeks of your first rotation:

  • Attend corporate orientation

  • Take the on-line management orientation program and pass with 85% or better.

  • Meet with property HRD and GM

  • Attend mountain orientation, if applicable, and the hospitality lodging orientation

  • Find out about all property meetings; daily ops, rooms, F&B, ROCs, BEO, etc.  Attend as many as your schedule permits to learn as much as you can about the property. 

By the end of the first month and every month thereafter:

  • Take the lead in scheduling a ½ hour appointment with your property mentor. You need to meet with him/her every month to discuss your career progress, accomplishments and get advice on how to be even more effective in your role on the property. 

  • Mentors will be assigned by the property GM/Property Human Resources Director

At the end of the first four months in each rotation, and the end of every rotation, you need to complete one essay question and submit it to the property G.M., HRD and to the corporate Hospitality Trainer.
