As the premier mountain resort company in the world and a leader in destination-based travel at iconic locations, simply put, our product is the great outdoors. And as such, we have a special obligation to protect the environment in which we live and work.

From recycling, to reusing and providing organic foods, Vail Resorts takes tremendous pride in our efforts to protect and celebrate the natural environment, and to sustain all of our resources for future generations.

That’s why we've created a partnership with like-minded companies: Coleman Natural, Horizon Organic, and Starbucks.

Our Pledge: To serve 100 percent Certified Organic Starbucks coffee and Fair-Trade blend for espresso and to eliminate the use of all artificial Trans Fat in the preparation of food at all of our dining facilities at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, eight RockResort properties, and at our other restaurants.
